The ideal candidate will handle B2B and B2C inbound/outbound calls, respond to dealership, project supply, and bulk inquiry leads, and play a key role in converting leads into active partners or customers. Key Responsibilities:Make daily outbound calls to dealers, builders, and contractors. Follow up with leads from online ads, WhatsApp inquiries, and field activities. Respond to queries related to TUFCON XT product features, availability, and dealership opportunities. Record lead details and call outcomes in CRM or reporting sheets.
